The "Welcome Bar" is just above this and says:

"Welcome to the Welcome Bar!"

This is how you make it!

Great News! Each page has it's own Welcome Bar!

On "Edit Page", find...

"Welcome Position:"

and set it to "Top".

Just below that you will find the...

"Welcome:" Box.

Now Type "Welcome to the Welcome Bar!"

Just like before, scroll to the bottom of the page, find the button that says "Update Page" and click...

Congrats! You now have a Welcome Bar.

Go ahead and change the words a few times so you can have a little fun! Enjoy!
